This Holy Week, remember that when Jesus said “It is finished,” He meant it. There’s no running tally of your sins. No account slowly filling up, blocking you from God. Paul said it plainly: God is not counting your sins against you (2 Corinthians 5v19). That means the distance you sometimes feel from God isn’t because of what you’ve done. He hasn’t moved. He lives in you. So instead of approaching God with a list of everything you’ve gotten wrong, try approaching Him with this: “It’s finished. I’m forgiven. Nothing separates me from Your love. Thank You!”
