Faith was never meant to feel like a constant inspection of yourself. “Am I doing enough? Is this allowed?” That kind of living doesn’t produce life. It produces tension. The New Testament reveals the better way. God doesn’t manage you; He lives in you. So guidance comes from relationship, not surveillance. And life is a unique expression of Christ in you, not a series of standardized tests to pass. When faith feels light and free, relational not “religious,” that’s not compromise. That’s Christianity working as it’s supposed to.
