I used to think God was distant and disappointed. But then I looked at Jesus. Not just His words, but His actions. He touched the untouchable, defended the guilty and moved toward the messy. That’s when I realized: Jesus didn’t come to change God’s mind about us; He came to change our minds about God. If you’ve seen Jesus, you’ve seen the Father. He’s full of grace and faithfulness.
