You’re not just covered… you’re changed. Jesus didn’t come to hide your sin. He came to remove your sin nature and give you a new identity. That means, you’re not a flawed person trying to be good. You’re a made-new person learning to live free and loved and whole. So stop striving to fix what Jesus already finished. You are right with God (Romans 3v22). You are truly holy (Ephesians 4v24). You are loved (Romans 8v39). That’s the power of the gospel.
