By When you put your faith in Jesus, you experienced various deliverances instantly.
These include deliverance from:
- sin and its penalty (Romans 6:6–7; 2 Corinthians 5:21),
- the law (Romans 7:6),
- and the kingdom of darkness (Colossians 1:13).
Although a Christian is spiritually delivered and clean (and in good standing with God), they may still benefit from “deliverance” in the flesh over the course of their life.
