By Picture a branch still attached to a tree. Now ask a simple question: how long each day does it stay connected?
Ten minutes? Twenty? Once in the morning and once at night?
Of course not. It stays connected all the time. And it doesn’t work to remain attached. The tree does that.
Jesus used this exact picture. He said, “I am the vine; you are the branches” (John 15:5).
