What Sins Did Jesus Die to Forgive?

Jesus died to forgive sin. That’s Christianity 101.

Yet it’s perhaps the number one truth the enemy tries to undermine.

As accuser, the devil insistently argues why the things you faced (or still face) are unforgivable.

To be sure, the Bible mentions an unpardonable sin.

But it’s probably not what you think (or say or do—literally). …

Take just a few minutes to discover the surprising truth about what sins Jesus died to forgive. ⬇️

(What you’ll learn in this teaching may be your greatest protection against spiritual warfare. It’s that huge!)

The Effortless Way to Find Your Purpose

As God’s masterpiece, you are created to “do the good things He planned” (Ephesians 2:10).

Simply put: God created you on purpose for a purpose.

Yet do you know that purpose? Can you name the reason you exist?

Sadly, many people can’t.

Not because they have no purpose. But most remain on a never-ending search for purpose all because of a BIG LIE.

In today’s devotional, I share the truth about purpose that makes finding it far easier than you know. Take a minute to watch. ⬇️

Of course, being called a masterpiece just sounds great.

But this truth is made even more powerful when you understand how and why you were created.

The Apostle Paul’s Secret to Dealing with Life’s Vices

Nowadays, there are many disciplines taught for how to overcome life’s vices. (Things like anger, envy, lust, pride.)

That’s why he suggested something else instead. Something easier.

Why Grief Is Good for You (and Leads to Healing)

Many Christians mistake grief, sorrow and sadness for weakness or a lack of faith.

Yet the Bible never condemns grieving. In fact, it encourages people to grieve.

For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven. … A time to cry and a time to laugh. A time to grieve and a time to dance. —Ecclesiastes 3:1, 4

Even Jesus grieved upon hearing news of the death of his friend, Lazarus (John 11:35).

The truth is, God designed grief as an emotion that’s important in the healing process.

Tune in as I explore why—and how. ⬇️

The 2 Things the Devil is After

There is no doubt that the devil is defeated.

Jesus disarmed his real power on the cross (Colossians 2:15).

That’s why the New Testament never refers to him as “the defeater.”

No, as I detail in my Shut Up, Devil book, his name means “slanderer.”

The only “power” the enemy has against a Christian is the power of his lies. But even that power is easily neutralized when you know the two things his lies are after.

Take a minute to watch me explain. ⬇️

The Truth about What Happened to the Devil

You know that the Bible assures that Jesus defeated the devil through His death on the cross.

[Jesus] disarmed the spiritual rulers and authorities. He shamed them publicly by his victory over them on the cross. —Colossians 2:15

But do you know why the cross was effective to do that?

And do you wonder: If the devil is defeated, then why does he still exist and seem powerful?

In today’s clip, I explore the truth about what happened to the devil and what it means for you today. ⬇️
