The Bible is full of truths related to issues such as anxiety and fear. As believers, God gives us authority to use these truths as weapons to combat whatever we experience or feel that doesn’t agree with His Word (see Ephesians 6:17).
Below are seven of the most powerful scripture truths about anxiety and fear (in audio and text). Matthew 6:31–33, ESV
Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.

I don’t worry about anything. Instead, I seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and I trust that all of my needs will be met.
