The Bible is full of truths related to issues such as anxiety and fear. As believers, God gives us authority to use these truths as weapons to combat whatever we experience or feel that doesn’t agree with His Word (see Ephesians 6:17).
Below are seven of the most powerful scripture truths about anxiety and fear (in audio and text). With each scripture, I’ve also included a personalized Speak It! version so that you can experience the incredible benefits of speaking scripture aloud. A habit of speaking these scriptures with sincerity will help build your faith and defeat your worries.

Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
